At Clear Reflection Counseling Associates, we provide trauma-informed, evidence based mental health care for teens and families through our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Milford, New Hampshire.
Grounded in Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT), our IOP helps teens and parents rebuild trust, improve communication, and strengthen family relationships. We serve youth and families from Nashua, Amherst, Merrimack, Bedford, Manchester, Peterborough, and across southern NH.
Our program supports adolescents facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, school avoidance, technology overuse, strained family relationships, autism spectrum disorder, and other behavioral or developmental concerns.
With a multidisciplinary team of licensed therapists, educators, case managers, and family specialists, we provide compassionate, individualized care that helps teens develop healthy coping skills, resilience, and emotional insight in a safe, supportive environment.
Meets three times per week (3:00–6:00 PM) with a weekly Parent Group
Clear Reflections IOP Program is proud to be in network with most commercial health insurance and NH Medicaid plans.
